Accrediation

Hi there!

Just had a question regarding accreditation and was hoping someone could explain it.

I saw a document with a list of schools that were accredited and are in the preliminary stages of being accredited. For example, I saw that Midwestern University of Arizona was preliminary approved. Say I go to school at one of these preliminary approved schools, would I it be accredited afterwards or will I be able to practice?
I might be looking at practicing in the states or Canada...
