Was Biochemistry or Microbiology most helpful for the OAT?

I am planning to take the OAT in May 2022 (between my Junior and Senior year). I am creating my schedule for next semester and I could either take Biochemistry or Microbiology. Which class would be most helpful to take before the OAT. Whichever class I don't take next semester, I will take senior year.
